We believe that you will be truly satisfied with our products and you will continue to purchase it and use it. But if you choose to return the product you must do so within 7 work days after retrieving the product.
If the product is undamaged, and meets all the quality requirements and you decided to return it for personal/unrelated reasons then you must cover the shipment costs.
THE PRODUCT MUST be unopened from its original packaging and all of the safety stickers must be intact. If the product or the packaging fails to meet these requirements the product will not be refunded.
If the product doesn’t meet the quality standards, contain defects, the order is incorrect or it was damaged by other than the courier then we cover the shipment fees. We exchange your products to new/different ones while covering the additional shipment costs or we refund you the money depending on your choosing.
In all of the above mentioned cases the client must provide the shipment receipt when sending us any items. If the shipment is failed to be delivered to us and if the receipt is not received as well we can’t exchange or refund the items. We strongly recommend using registered and insured shipment services.
If a refund is requested we can only carry it out after receiving and inspecting the items for damage. You must do so within 30 days from receiving the items.
The refund is carried out to the same bank account of the same person who made the purchase.
*If you decide to return the item you must inform us via email/telephone as soon as possible but not later than 7 days.
*Hold on to the order number, the original packaging and the wreckage (in the case of damaged item) of the product in order for an investigation to be carried out.
*Take photos of the damaged items and send them to us via email.
*Wait till we contact you.
*Wrap and box the items as safely as possible, choose a registered shipping service and insure the parcel – that way you will be guaranteed that the parcel will reach us safely.
*Hold on to the receipt of sending the parcel.
The order can be cancelled if it hasn’t been sent off for shipping. If the order has already been shipped off yet you wish to cancel it you must cover the additional shipment costs. We will refund your items within 30 days of the returned shipment. The client is responsible for any losses during shipment.

It is important to note that we do not exchange or refund the items following the honesty principle – if it is obvious that the products were used or damaged on purpose. In cases like these we will inform you about our decision to not refund the items and we list the reasons why. You have the right to retrieve the items you were trying to return within 30 days but you have to cover the shipment costs.
